The Empire of Sycon (New Blood Alliance Nation)
Sycon having been a rival of the Empire of Coastaar later sent an ambassador through the Gate and into the Realms. Today there stands a stout-stone embassy in the Arkendrose Quarter of CrestGrath. It is rumored that the ambassador is a vampire with a special mission though none in the town have any idea what that could be.
