Cpt. Sealyen
Sealyen arrived from the Southern Sea after the formation of WhiteCoast. He served in the White Coast Brigade primarily as a Captain for the border guard near the WhiteCoast city of Tempest. He ventured north to the greater Realms and that seemed to be enough for him.
